LPCB ISO 14001
Technocover is an approved ISO 14001:1996 (Cert No EMS 323) and LPCB ISO 9001:2000 (Cert No 450) accredited company; this gives our customers the assurance that the goods and services provided are quality assured by third party accreditation.

A|D|S is the trade body advancing UK Aerospace, Defence and Security Industries. A|D|S helps form a critical link between British companies and customers in government and public security agencies world-wide. British security companies are world leaders with products known for high quality, consistent performance and reliability. A|D|S is managed by a team of
specialists who place a high priority on bringing the equipment supplier into contact with the customer.
SECURED BY DESIGN
‘Secured by Design’ licensed company status is awarded to those companies producing security products which pass standards and tests nominated by the police service as “Police Preferred Specification”.
SOLO LIFT©
All Technocover Solo-Lift© covers have been developed to comply with the European Health and Safety Executive Manual Operation Regulations for single person operation, so all Solo-Lift© cover lids are hinged and spring assisted.
Galvanizers Association
Technogroup are members of the Galvanizers Association. Group products are galvanised in house to maintain control through all stages of product design and manufacture.
London Underground Approved
TechnoRail are London Underground Approved suppliers, this approval allows us to supply equipment within the confines of London Underground’s stringent safety and supply procedures for working in confined areas like tunnels.
LINK-UP
Link-Up is an independent assessing and registration company. Only bona fide companies are eligible to register, which guarantees experience, reliability, quality and compatibility to rail industry specifications. TechnoRail is a registered Link-Up company.
PADS - APPROVAL
TechnoRail product identifying logo for products where PADS Approval is required and is obtained. The certifying number is published for reference.
PADS - NO APPROVAL
TechnoRail product identifying logo for products where NO PADS Approval is to date required. Generally backed by Railtrack authorising non compliance acceptance.
Anti Trespass and Vandalism
TechnoRail product identifying logo as featured on most products to signify the commitment to the major issue facing the rail industry. All Anti Trespass and Vandalism products are substantially security upgraded from all rail industries standard products.
LPCB
The Loss Prevention Certification Board (LPCB) is widely acknowledged to be a leading international certification and approvals body in fire protection and security. LPCB approved products give clients the assurance that they meet international performance requirements.
LPCB CERTIFICATION - ULTRASECURE COVERS
Loss Prevention Certification Board logo signifying the Security Rating of the product. Certificate No 450a/01 is the specific approval for the UltraSecure USH1DV4. All DV4 covers can also show Certificate No 450a/02 when specified with small-approved padlocks.
LPCB CERTIFICATION - ULTRASECURE COVERS SECURITY RATING 4
Industries accepted standard for security of products evaluated to Security Rating 4, LPS 1175: Issue 4. Certificate No. 450a/04 & 450a/05 is the specific approval for the UltraSecure USH2/DV4 covers, Certificate No. 450a/06 & 450a/07 also apply to USH3/DV4 covers.

CDM

European Committee for Standardisation Contributing to the objectives of the European Union and European Economic Area with Voluntary technical standards which promote safety of workers and consumers, environmental protection, and exploitation of research programmes.
UVDB
Technocover are UVDB Verify registered suppliers (No 81127). UVDB Verify is a standard safety, Health, Environment and Quality assessment run by Achilles on behalf of subscribing utilities and suppliers and contractors.
ANTI-TERRORIST
Our Anti-terrorist range is a specialist range of increased security products designed for sensitive areas and to withstand prolonged intruder attack.
The range consists of access doors, access covers and secure housing units/buildings. All units have been evaluated by the government.
